Hi, I’m Katie. Nice to meet you.

I’ve always been hooked on health and fitness: When I was younger it was a way to have fun with friends, but then it became a way to unwind, or even get me through life’s little (or big) obstacles.

Ultimately, I left my corporate career to become a Personal Trainer because I wanted to pass on my own discovery of the life-changing benefits of healthy living, and help others discover it for themselves.

Of course, it’s easy to say that in theory, but my approach is very much based on my own experiences, making it practical and attainable:

My gluten intolerance drew me into a world of culinary discovery, and learning directly how great the impact of what we eat can be on the way our bodies respond. And that gluten free doesn’t mean ‘boring’.

When I’ve suffered from bouts of anxiety over the years, exercise - more than anything else - is what got me through the toughest times.  

But it was my job in Marketing, with long hours of stressful, desk-bound work, which really pushed me to try to find a way to balance my career and health. Both were so important to me that I needed to find a way to prioritise both.

And that’s why I’m here – to me this is more than a job. It’s a vocation. I genuinely want to pass on everything I’ve learned to the thousands of people who are in the same situation I was in back then, before I found a way to make it work. I’m on a mission to share the The Katie Gray Fit principles - inspiring and educating people to live happier, healthier, and therefore longer lives.

Most of us have had a time when they’ve felt at the ‘peak’ of health, and I want to make you the best version of yourself with my bespoke training and nutritional plans, as well as all the encouragement you need to stay on track. Too many of us don’t remember what health and optimal energy feel like, and I’m here to remind you – it’s well within your grasp.
