Why train with me?
Chances are, you’re reading this at your desk, or sat on a train, a bus, or in a cab. Admittedly, it wouldn’t be the safest to try to browse on a Boris bike (or whatever they are called these days. It’s probably not important). The point is, whilst life in London moves fast, very often we don’t.
Our bodies are amazing. Yeah, yours too. But if we don’t look after them properly with exercise and correct nutrition, then they’re not performing as well as they could. This probably isn’t news to you, but if your main exercise right now is sprinting for the no.14, and you count Berocca as one of your 5-a-day, then you probably know that you could be doing a little more.
So, hopefully that’s why you’re here. It’s also why I became a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach - my corporate job taught me that balancing career, social life and health is a constant struggle.
We all need help, and it’s what motivated me to try to provide it.
So, if you fancy feeling more energised in the morning, and spring out of bed rather than roll out of it, or be pleased with what you see in the mirror (even without breathing in), and even start to find eating healthily and training more enjoyable, then drop me a line.
It all starts with what you want to achieve. You tell me your own personal goal, and I’ll help you work out how to get there with an individually tailored (and hopefully fun) training and nutrition plan.
We’ll use a mixture of weights, TRX, kettlebells and resistance bands to design functional and effective training sessions. And when you’re not training, I’ve created recipes and curated meal ideas that will give your body what it needs, and save you from another ready meal or supermarket pasta & sauce combo.
My promise to you is no fads or quick fixes. No shortcuts or cutting corners. We’ll work together to build the healthy and happy lifestyle you deserve, and one that’s designed to last. This is not the famous ‘January gym membership’.
I’m based in South West London, but we’ll train wherever you feel most comfortable.
I have my own studio space in Fulham, however I’ve also trained clients in parks, studios, gyms and apartments. Each environment offers its own unique training benefits, and we’ll design a plan to suit your location.
