Embarking on her coaching career in 2016, Katie left the corporate world of the advertising industry to make a difference to the wellness space. She studied with Premier International to become a Level 3 REPs Personal Trainer and since then has gone on to further her expertise to also add; Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor, Pre & Post Natal Programming and Nutritional Advisor to her credentials. Katie has firmly cemented herself as one of the ‘go to’ PT’s in London for women.

After years of personally experiencing the damaging effects of HIIT, Katie changed up her training and discovered something that was not only kinder on the body but also enjoyable and good for the mind. Since then, Katie has proven that lower impact doesn’t always mean less results and trains her clients to believe in the power of kindness through movement. After much in-depth research, self-testing, coaching and refinement Katie has developed Kind by KG® and is determined to shape up the way women workout for the future; by moving in ways that are much kinder to the body.
