What can we expect from the class?

The sessions will be a take on my popular Signature Workout Classes, so dynamic Pilates/barre inspired. Focussing on rebuilding strength through the glutes, pelvic floor and core in particular

What days & times will the classes take place?

Tuesday & Wednesday 8.30am (UK Time)

Do we need any equipment?

Yes you will need a long band, a thigh band and a Pilates ball

How many spaces are there? 

Just 20 spaces keeping it small enough so I can tailor the classes to the right level and ensure you get the most out of it for your mind and body
